Exchange Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE!

No restocking fee for exchanges! Product must be eligible for exchange, see below.

  • No Restocking Fees! HEADS by volu-med will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply.
  • The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order.
  • Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.
How to Exchange
  1. Complete the Exchange section of the EXCHANGE FORM that came with your order; click here to print a replacement form.
  2. Repackage your item(s) along with the completed EXCHANGE FORM (that came with your order), and mail it to the address on the form within 2 days of receipt of original shipment. 
  3. Mail the package to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service!

    Exchange Product Eligibility

    Eligible Products:

    • Unworn and unaltered, i.e. not cut, dyed, adjusted or otherwise manipulated in any way. HEADS by volu-med Salon shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig or hair piece has been manipulated and whether it qualifies for refund or exchange.
    • Returned in its original, factory condition, including the tags and any accessories included with the purchase.
    • Odor-Free (any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange).

    • Item(s) must be returned within 2 days of receiving your original order.

    • Exchange is applicable on WIG items only; any bottled and sealed products once opened are not eligible for exchange. Please note that our bottled products are organic products and may bear scent that may not be pleasing to your sense of smell. 

     Ineligible Products:

    • Wigs that have been cut and styled by our company (as per customer’s request)
    • Wigs that have been specially custom-made or customized for a customer
    • Last call or clearance items
    • Discontinued items
    • Items on sale
    • Special custom orders
    • Care & Styling products
    • Accessories
    • Liquids
    • Gift Cards

    If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

    • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
    • Donating the item(s) to the Hair for Hope Initiative at Makati Medical Center or Asian Hospital and Medical Center. You will receive a coupon for 20% off for a future purchase with HEADS by volu-med for your donation to charity.

     Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

      Other General Information

    • SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE !
    • At times it may be necessary to modify the Exchange policy, which will be posted on this page. We therefore reserve the right to do so at any time without notice.
    • We offer a flexible Exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of exchanges and returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
    • By visiting our website, you acknowledge and agree to become bound to the current version of our Exchange policy, and, unless otherwise stated, all previous versions shall be replaced by the current version.
