Refund Policy

I. EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE!

No restocking fee for exchanges! Product must be eligible for exchange, see below.

No Restocking Fees! HEADS by volu-med will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply. The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM (that came with your order). Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

II. HOW TO EXCHANGE
1. Complete the Exchange section of the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM that came with your order;
2. Repackage your item(s) along with the completed RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM (that came with your order), and mail it to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment.
3. Be sure to remove any old labels if you are recycling a package.
4. Mail the package to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment.
5. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service!

III. RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). Because of our strict hygienic standards, we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Therefore a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order.

It may take 4-7 business days for your exchange/return to reach HEADS by volu-med. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

IV. HOW TO RETURN:
1. Complete the Return section of the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM that came with your order; click here to print a replacement form.
2. Repackage your item(s) along with the completed RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM (that came with your order), and mail it to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment. Be sure to remove any old labels if you are recycling a package.
3. Mail the package to the address on the form within 10 days of receipt of original shipment.
4. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service!

V. EXCHANGE & RETURN PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
1. Unworn and unaltered, i.e. not cut, dyed, adjusted or otherwise manipulated in any way.
2. HEADS by volu-med shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig or hair piece has been manipulated and whether it qualifies for refund or exchange.
3. Returned in its original, factory condition, including the tags and any accessories included with the purchase.
4. Odor-Free (any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange).
5. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.

VI. INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:
1. Wigs that have been cut and styled by our company (as per customer’s request)
2. Wigs that have been specially custom-made or customized for a customer
3. Last call or clearance items
4. Discontinued items
5. Items on sale
6. Special custom orders
7. Care & Styling products
8. Accessories
9. Liquids
10. Gift Cards

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

1. Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
2. Donating the item(s) to HAIR for HOPE.HEADS Wig Donation and shall earn you a coupon for 10% off a future purchase with HEADS by volu-med for your donation to charity.
3. Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

VII. OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION
VII-i. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE !
At times it may be necessary to modify the Exchange & Returns policy, which will be posted on this page. We therefore reserve the right to do so at any time without notice. We offer a flexible Exchange & Returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of exchanges and returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
